Stage 1 - Insert Nose Tag
Lightweight, noninvasive plastic nose-flap prevents calves from nursing yet allows it to graze, drink and engage in full social and physical interaction with its mother. Helps prepare both cow and calf for life after weaning by gradually and effectively reducing the bond between mother and young. At weaning time, slide anti-sucking device onto animal's nostrils to prevent access to teat.
Stage 2 - Remove Nose Tag
Remove after 4-7 days and separate cows and calves as normal, without all the usual uproar.
