Description

Non-frozen formula avirulent live culture for vaccination of healthy, susceptible swine, 3 weeks of age or older, as an aid in the prevention and control of Porcine proliferative enteropathy (Ileitis) caused by Lawsonia intracellularis. Significantly reduces gross and microscopic intestinal lesions of ileitis, and colonization by Lawsonia intracellularis following challenge with virulent microorganism. Protective immunity lasts for at least 7 weeks.

Dosage: 2 ml by oral drenching; OR add number of doses of vaccine equal to or more than the number of pigs to vaccinate, to appropriate amount of clean, non-treated drinking water for conventional trough system or deliver 1 oz/1 gallon for automatic watering system. Easy-to-use, one-dose oral delivery means less stress on pigs; less exposure to needles results in improved pork quality and worker safety. Do not use in pregnant swine or breeding boars. Do not use concurrently with antibiotics. 21 day slaughter withdrawal. 

Anaphylactoid reactions may occur. Antidote : Epinephrine.
