Description
Recommended for the prevention of Colibacillosis caused by K99 strains of E. coli in neonatal calves and lambs. Also effective when administered in the early stages of infection characterized by milk diarrhea but no dehydration or depression.
Dosage:
Prevention - Calves 10 ml; Lambs 2 ml administered orally within the first 12 hours after birth, preferably within 6 hours.
Treatment - Calves 10 ml; Lambs 2 ml within the first 20 hours after birth. Colostrum should be fed to each animal. 21 day slaughter withdrawal.
Anaphylactoid reactions may occur. Antidote: Epinephrine.
