Itchin' Post

Itchin' Post Animal Grooming Pads were invented by Cherie
McKenzie - Owner/Proprietor of Sundown Horse Farm and Rescue Shelter. Cherie
has been caring for horses and other animals most of her life. That is why she
took the classes to become a certified rescue and boarding facility. With
several horses and other animals to care for, Sundown is a busy sanctuary for
animals. "That is, after all, part of the dream isn't it? To provide
sanctuary for the animals", said Cherie.
"I could almost see the gate bending from a distance as I watched Dakota (the draft horse) scratching his rear end. I was getting tired of Vet bills from the horses scratching on things around the farm and causing damage to themselves and our property," said Cherie. With the help of a neighbor, Nick Forchette, the perfect solution was created. The Itchin' Post Animal Grooming Pad, a 23 1/4 in x 15 in flexible pad with rounded nubs sticking up about an inch that protects and massages animals at the same time. Itchin' Post is super durable design stands up to extreme temperatures of -77 F to 277 F. Itchin' Post provides years of massage action for your animals safely without pulling out hair.
By hanging Itchin' posts in several locations around the farm such as fences, posts, corners of the barn, gates, stalls and other areas it allows all animals to find their favorite place.
